Every scoop is a surprise! Before checkout, you'll have the opportunity to tell us:
• Your jewelry preference (gold or silver)
• Things you love
• Up to 2 things you'd rather avoid
We'll use your preferences whenever possible while keeping the surprise alive.

Yes! Every Sundaisy Scoop is thoughtfully curated, so no two scoops are exactly alike. While we do our best to personalize each order, specific items, brands, colors, or scents cannot be guaranteed.
📦 When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days before shipping. During busy launches or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Because every scoop is personalized and curated just for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Sundaisy Co. cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages that occur during transit.
