Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days before shipment.

Orders that include a Scoop Reveal Video may require additional processing time.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. SunDaisy Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

SunDaisy Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.
